I was not notified it was sold nor who to and it was a living nightmare trying to get them to forward my mortgage payment even though I gave them proof of the cleared check they received from me. When you tell them hey guys are doing your job you should've forwarded to my mortgage immediately let me know they throw their hands up and say oh that part of the company is it actually our company blah blah blah blah left hand isn't responsible for what the right hand does.
