Stopped by and the pizza was delicious!!! The crust had a great chew, the sauce was flavorful, and the toppings were fresh. Every slice hit just right. We got the limited Earl Sweatshirt collab pizza "Heat Check", and I'm stilllll thinking about it The vibe is chill and perfect for a casual bite with friends or a quick lunch. Service was friendly and everything came out at a good pace. Definitely a solid spot for pizza in the area, will be back to try more!

Idk but it was perfect with every bit.

The food was incredible. The staff had the best service with positive attitudes. The place smelled incredible and every person walking out with their pizza looked so excited to go enjoy. The energy was comfortable. I will be returning soon. Thanks PizzaPrime I loved the food.

Truly saves lives! Went here New Year's Day and it didn't disappoint as our first meal of the new year. Technically was waiting for a breakfast burrito from a spot down the block but couldn't wait much longer so our taste buds stopped us at Prime. Just walking past this joint will make you stop. A cute tiny location that makes a big splash in your day. We walked in and immediately could smell the cheese and pepperoni scents. We each ordered two slices and some cookies. My gosh were these slices huge. I couldn't believe how big it was compared to my hand. And because we ordered slices they were warmed up so nice and crispy crust at the bottom. Just the way you should have pizza honestly. I tried their other staples like the margarita and vodka truly chefs kiss. Simple yet satisfying. And it was so good we still had room for cookies. Perfectly soft yet crispy edges. If you want a good pizza slice that will keep u coming back for more Prime is the spot. It hit our spot for sure. Plenty of street parking. We even go a spot right in front. Solid walk by type of place. Grab a slice and keep your adventures going because there isn't much seating inside.

You can order any flavor by the slice (not just cheese and pepperoni)! They reheat the pizza in the oven and it was quick and delicious. The pizza is on the thin side so if you like that I highly recommend. The employees were polite and the restaurant was clean.

Good pizza, fast delivery and was on time nice and hot. We had a family picnic and it was perfect. The gluten-free option was alright, a bit hard, had a humorous name. The slices are big; we each had two slices and walked away full.

(Used to be a 5) I never thought I'd be writing this review, which honestly makes me sad. I've been a loyal Prime Pizza customer for over 5 years. My boyfriend and I ordered weekly for about 3 years when we lived near the Brentwood location, and when we moved to Larchmont, we were excited to keep that tradition going with the Fairfax location. Prime was our pizza spot....reliable, flavorful, and made with care!! Unfortunately, over the last year the quality and attention to detail have become horrendous. And what's frustrating is that this wasn't a one off. We loved Prime so much that we gave them chance after chance to redeem themselves. Every time, it was just as bad, if not worse. Issues we've consistently experienced: * Flavor completely gone * Pizza cut wrong * Order directions ignored * Completely wrong pizzas showing up * Vegan pizzas arriving when we didn't order vegan * Garlic knots forgotten * Random ingredients added without asking We even tried calling the store directly to confirm order directions, and the food still arrived subpar. I know Prime has expanded a lot, and maybe that's part of the problem but it's genuinely sad to see the love and care disappear from the pizza altogether. We gave it one last try today (totally on us, since it had been a few months), and somehow it was still bad. Random olives appeared on some slices?? At this point, it's time to give my money to places that still care and pay attention like Hot Tongue, Triple Beam and newbies Sonny's, and Fiorelli's. You used to be so good.

If you're looking for the best pizza in the area, look no further than Prime Pizza. This spot is hands-down one of the top places in Los Angeles for pizza by the slice. They serve true New York-style pizza--thin, foldable, and with that perfect crispy crust that keeps you coming back for more. Every slice here is straight-up fire . The flavor, the texture, the quality, it all hits. I've got to put Prime Pizza at the top of the list when it comes to by-the-slice pizza joints in LA. Trust me, this is the real deal. Anybody who doesn't like this place can't be trusted!

Stopped by prime pizza earlier today to pick up food for the UFC fight. I ordered a vodka pizza, pepperoni and cheese. All of them were delicious. Big shout out to the manager "Dan" for the five star service getting me in and out of there quickly and being more than accommodating!

Prime Pizza totally hits the spot - I love the variety they offer and the vegan options. Classic pizzas with a slight twist. I am not a crust person, but the Sicilian has a super crispy but airy crust - super satisfying. Appreciate the employee for throwing in an extra garlic knot. It's the little things that make you happy and wanting to come back. Definitely looking forward to trying all the pizzas (vegetarian-friendly) on the menu one day to really pick my favorite. Only meh thing is the restaurant is tiny, so definitely a to go spot more than an eat in spot.

One of my friends recommended this spot! The pizza we ordered was the gluten free grandma pizza, which was good. The service was good, not bad. The place is a little small, I do recommend you take-out or order these pizza pies from your home.

This is AFTER wiping loads of grease off my pizza and plate.... It just kept coming... ugh.

Definitely not worth the hype... this was my second time trying Prime and I have to say that I was sorely disappointed. Setting aside that I showed up to pick up my order at the time I was told to come only to find out that they hadn't made my pizza yet, and setting aside that my wings were sitting there the entire time that I waited for my pizza to me made and cooked, the pizza was undercooked, EXTREMELY oily (see picture), and overall not very good. The first time I went, I tried the BBQ chicken pizza, which I would rate a 7 out of 10, but this time we ordered a full pepperoni with meatballs added to 1/2. The first thing that I noticed when I got home and opened the box was the excessive amount of oil all over the pizza and in the box. The second thing that I noticed was there was only meatballs on 3 out of 8 slices - so 3/8th pepperoni and meatball is the same as 1/2? Umm, nope! When I grabbed a slice, I literally had oil coating my hand and fingers, which was a huge stomach turner for me. I had to get a wad of paper towels to dry the oil off the pizza, off of my hands and off my plate, by which time I was already turned off by the pizza. I was able to eat a couple of slices before giving up and turning to the wings.... Because the wings had been sitting while I waited for them to make my pizza, they were cold and dried up, which just added to the frustration. I have to say that for $73 I would expect to get my pizza the way that I ordered it, a lot less grease, and wings that should have been fresh and hot. I would put this on par with Mulberry Street Pizza, which isn't a compliment by any stretch. Needless to say, this was my second and final time ordering from Prime. I'm am truly baffled by the hype of this place - it's sub par, greasy, salty pizza that left me feeling pretty gross. Ugh. **** Follow up - I received the attached "canned" response from Prime. Nothing personal about it, and instead of sending me a direct message through Yelp, they decided to throw a pre-written response asking me to follow up with them through their website. That's the furthest thing in the world someone wants to do after having a bad experience and having already taken the time to write a detailed account of what happened. Especially after being up all night sick to my stomach. Thanks for the cut and paste reply, Prime.... You need to do better all around.

Best Sicilian pie I've had in years! High quality ingredients, incredible flavor, and perfect chew. 1/2 Sicilian & 1/2 meat lovers.

My wife and I are NY slice fanatics but have never been here. Heard all the hype, barstool rating, etc. Decided to try it a few weeks ago and opted for a massive Sicilian pie based soley on the pics. We were not disappointed at all. Easily the best Sicilian pie we've had in the last 10 years and it's not even close. We got a pie with half meat lovers and half pesto and ricotta. 8 big slices for $32.00. Great price considering what we got. This hit all the requirements. High quality ingredients. Excellent flavor and balance with the pesto and grandma sauce taking center stage. Seasoned so unbelievably well. But the big winner was the perfect, and I mean perfect chew on the dough. Crispy around the edges. Damn this was really good. We picked up and brought home. Did a very quick reheat on high for about 5 minutes. They were busy inside filling orders and the staff was great! Excellent service! I posted a few pics to review. We will easily put this joint into our rotation. And that's dangerous considering we live in the neighborhood. Can't wait to try other food here starting with the NY slices. Enjoy!

Had pizza on my mind for a couple hours so I decided to put my craving to rest. My criteria for choosing a spot was limited to the following: pizza by the slice, ideally Detroit style, and somewhere quick. Prime pizza not only fulfilled but exceeded my criteria! Ordered one square of spicy pepperoni ($6) to eat on the spot. They gave me two squares and said "one square was kinda small so we threw another one in". So nice! Topped my squares with some red crushed pepper and took a huge bite. The pizza was SO GOOD. Crispy on the edges and outside, and light and fluffy on the inside. The sauce to cheese to cupping pepperoni ratio was ideal, I couldn't have asked for anything different. The pricing is extremely fair, the Prime pizza-ers are friendly, and it's a cute little storefront. I LOVE PRIME PIZZA!

Cocktails are slightly limited as it is not a full bar, but they do have options. The frozen Spritz was very flavorful, more fruit forward and would be perfect in a hot day. The Nonna's Medicine had a nice complexity to it with the flavors peeking their heads out at different times through the process. For food we started with the crudo, mussels and grilled oysters. The crudo was very fresh and had a lot going on with it's simplicity. Just a great bite. The mussels were decent but really didn't stand out in any way. The grilled oysters, however, had flavor and texture, with a Parmesan crust on top and the oyster and juice underneath. Very good! For pizza, they are almost like little personal focaccia pizzas, cut into four slices. We tried the mushroom, pepperoni and white pizzas. The mushroom has a garlic cream sauce and herb mix with Parmesan. You definitely get the mushrooms, as they are ample, but they do not over power the pizza. Just a good blend of flavors in each bite. The white comes with Japanese potato, fennel, mozzarella and pesto. Another really great bite with the potatoes not overpowering everything else. Finally, the pepperoni with spicy honey. The spicy honey is more like spicy marinara honey sauce, but it works. Could have used more of that as it came on the side. The pizza itself, with mozzarella and pecorino tasted great. Maybe that focaccia is the move? Overall, De La Nonna did not disappoint. Everything was very nice, and sitting on the patio when the weather is perfect is always a move. I would say to skip the mussels but, everything else, give it a try!

Initially we were going to…read moretry De La Nonna, but they were closed for a special event and we didn't know when we showed up. In the same vein, we stuck with a similar style of food and ended up at Propaganda. There was little to no wait, which was pleasant. It was a nice day and we decided to eat outside. The focaccia bread and salad came out first, and both were good. I enjoyed the crispiness of the bread, though my only qualms were that the bread was quite oily and the butter and salt were just a tad bit too salty for my liking. The Insalata Mista salad was solid. Good flavor, good dressing-to-salad ratio, and a surprisingly good portion size. As far as pizza goes, the Margherita was good. Tasty, moist, and a nice crunch on the crust. I found it to be enjoyable, though I may have enjoyed more fresh basil on this. I did find it better than the Boscaiola. I got the black truffle honey add on, and it does not go well on this pizza in my opinion. There was virtually no taste of truffle to me, and more of just an aftertaste of oily sweet honey. This was a miss. It's hard to say whether the base pizza was good without it because the flavor profile was just too overpowered by the aftertaste. The Arts District is definitely coming up with new upscale dining establishments, and I'm there for it. I think this is a solid addition. Though this is a wine bar, I don't generally drink, so my review is based purely on the food. Results of their drinks, which is quite an extensive list, may be to your liking! But, hey, if you're there might as well grab something before you leave, right? So We got a cheese pie, which was excellent. Also tried a slice of their white pie, which was garlicky goodness. What really sold us, though, was the Sicilian pie we got. As born and bred New Yorker transplants who have been here a long time, we have never found a fantastic Sicilian. Good, sure, but never great. The pies are never thick enough as far as the breading. Here it was as close as we've ever got. And like the other pizza, the taste was excellent. And, as native New Yorkers, we know our pizza! Strongly recommended! Can't wait to get another Sicilian pie in the near future with some toppings.

I finally went back and tried one of their vegan pastas I hadn't tried before, and there was meat in it (pancetta). I literally am feeling sick to my stomach--I'm pescatarian + non-dairy and stopped eating meat in 2013 so I'm sure you can imagine. The customer service was amazing and the cashier who helped me, Melissa, was so apologetic and sweet (obviously wasn't her fault), but this is just another warning to anyone who is vegan and considers coming here. I also came when they were about to close and already had to wait like 15min longer than they said so there's not even anything else open this late for me to find other food. Very disappointing and I will not be coming back for good this time. If I could give separate stars for customer service, I would give them 5 stars but this was unacceptable on the cook's part. Do not risk it if you are vegan.

Ok so we have all been hearing about quarter sheets in every TikTok and IG reel forever right?…read more Well the homegirl and I decided to see what all the fuss was about and, brother, they were not wrong with the fussing because holy baby Jesus this fucking pizza is amazing. We showed up late on a Friday so we weren't gonna be able to eat inside. No issue we when to the window and got three slices. The tomato pie with ricotta, the Sicilian corner, and the special which had chorizo and green sauce of some kind. We sat in my car and took a bite of each slice and ... wow. Everything was amazing. UH MAY ZING. Our favorite was the Sicilian corner but honestly, it was all great. We even ordered the cheese cake for dessert and it was dense and delicious. I will for sure be back and am excited to try some other selections.

I tried the Red Top and really enjoyed it! One slice was filing enough for me. The pizza reminded me of my favorite pizza spot in San Francisco, Golden Boy Pizza. $6 a slice is definitely pricey but it was worth it. It was warm and flavorful, really hit the spot. Will definitely go again and try to dine in. I'm very intrigued to try the desserts.
