I will. not being doing business with this company again. From an estimate of$473.06, my final bill climbed above $1,000 and I have yet to see an invoice for all the add-ons. As a senior citizen, I felt financially mugged by the technician who told me I'd neglected my gutters and they were falling off the house. This after another company had told me they were in excellent shape to add gutter guards to. When I called to complain, I was spoken down to repeatedly, even after I said twice that I had run two of my own small businesses and understood that the $200 an hour I was charged did not all go to the technician. Do not hire this company, I arranged to have work done to power wash a back cement patio and pool deck. I sent them pictures and told them the dimensions of the space to work on. I was quoted $300 which I was comfortable with. It is similar to what I have paid in the past. I did have to reschedule, but we did confirm a date. They told me they would be here between 9:00 A.M. and 12:00 P.M. Never heard from them. I finally contacted them after 12 PM and they asked if I could reschedule and I couldn't. I got a quote from this company through Thumbtack. I was asked a bunch of questions about how many windows and doors and what not and I figured that the best way to get an accurate quote would be to send pictures, so that's what I did. Pics of all four sides of my home. I received and itemized quote for the services and moved forward. Tech comes out and by his count, the cost should be $750. Says I have more windows than I stated for the quote. I counter that I sent pics. I don't know how they charge (turns out, it's per pane (even for double hung out windows) so I sent pics. I asked to see if they could meet me halfway. He said no. That's fair, but I declined the service. The techs were both polite and professional. I assumed I just received and inaccurate quote and it was unfortunate. I left a review on thumbtack basically explaining that their quote was inaccurate and I felt it shouldn't have been - not over the number of windows I have. What followed was absolutely bonkers. I received 7 phone calls within 12 min from the owner - two of which I answered. I was accused of slandering the company, implying their employees intentionally jacked up the cost, blamed for not providing accurate info and ultimately them claiming that pics are nice, but do not provide enough information for a quote. I contracted out for 2 properties to have the windows washed inside and outside including screens. This is my honest experience with Juan and their customer service. 1. I was told after windows were cleaned that tracks were not included: which I was willing to pay extra for and I did. 2. I was told that out of all the technicians client only myself and one other person had complaints 3. After waiting for the technician at my second property I was told that if the work was done I could not complain I also spoke with customer service several times during the appointment today. I was told I must be misinterpreting what was said to me. I paid for the first house and then respectfully canceled the contracted service for my second house. It is unfortunate that a company does not believe their clients on their honest experiences. I did do a walk through with Juan at the first house to verify what the job entailed. First, they did both exterior windows and gutters. They didn't do all of the gutters and charged for removing gutter guards, but never took them off to clean under them. After promising for 2 days to come back out, they never did. I called on day 3 to say if they didn't come back that day, I was withholding my discover payment. Person accused me of threatening them and hung up. I never raised my voice. I called back and was promised, by a different person than the one who hung up on me, that they would come that afternoon. When I called for a quote on window cleaning and gave the man the number of windows I had, he quoted me $250. I stated that I wanted the outside, inside, screens and windowsills cleaned. On the day of service, the man said that I had double windows so now it is $400. Also, it is an extra $5 per screen to clean and an extra fee to clean the windowsills. I called the company to complain, the man said that they can never give a true estimate unless they see the house. I asked why the man quoted me $250 if it was going to be extra for the screens and windowsills. Why didn't he tell me that in the quote? All he kept saying was that we can do that for you if you want, but you have to pay the extra fee. I opted out since $400 to clean just the windows was enough. Finally, when he was done, one of my windows will not open. The track is broken. He tried to fix it but couldn't and said I had old windows. So now I have a broken window that won't open. So disappointed in this company. Your reply is inaccurate. When he quoted the $400, I thought it was for the windows, screens and windowsill. I would have gladly paid that but when he started cleaning, I noticed he wasn't cleaning the screens and sills. That was when he told me about the extra cost. Once again, I was upset about the original quote I received. You don't have to degrade my house and call me a liar about my previous window cleaning. The "technician," Yuri, (who was described as "one of their best) showed up on the appointed date but 1/2 hour late. He requoted me $1100+, said it was a full-day job. We agreed on $900 (I'm not sure why we fell for this) and he proceeded to: clean the second story standing on the ground, no ladder and not clean the tracks, sills or frames as promised, and spending only a few hours. When we had him come back to finish the job correctly, he had every possible excuse for the dead flies, cobwebs, and piles of dirt on the tracks and sills, including that that was not included for our $900. I called the dispatch to understand everything that was included in the $290. It did not include the external window seals.
