Victor Black has been my advisor for approximately 25 years. He began by listening to my parents…read morewho lived in California and the product that they were looking at. He advised them from the beginning that he was not able to sell in the state of California because he was there, but he said he would look at the products. My parents visited it often. He never tried to sell them when they were visiting in Texas and I admired that I come from a sales background, and I know how valuable time is. I also was most attracted to his sincerity, honesty, and later on when I was able to put some Investments together he's the first one I thought of. He has a number of my Investments and he's been very patient with me when I have forgotten how some of them work to explain it to me every single year every time I called. I came to ANB branch on Georgia for an Auto Loan for my first vehicle! Finally time to grow up huh?…read more I was very nervous through the process, all of the customers didn't pay me any attention while I had a couple of panic attacks in the car before walking in. Once inside I filled out the paper application, and they took it to a loan officer in the back, I waited nervously while they ran the information. They came back and got me once the application was ran. The loan office was nice, but I was still trying not to throw up because of my nerves. One thing I didn't like, is not being there while they put the i formation in, I would have like to have asked questions and then verify some information, seeing as this is the first time taking out a loan. When finalizing the deal ( I got a motorcyle ) they had worked the deal, and I went in and added gap insurance so they re worked it while I sat there and was gracious about it and answering my questions. I only spoke to my loan office once, and delt with the assistants most of the time. I also do bank with Amarillo National Bank and I do like the fact that they do not have any fees unless you overdraft your account. It's $29 and you can overdraft up to $600 and you have a month to pay it back. They have a Mobile app which is convenient, but I can't get the mobile check deposit option to work.
