Roof inspection he did was much longer then inspection from original company and much more thorough and detailed. There not just nails exposed, but improper flashing sealing, missing valleys flashing, silicon improperly applied to the bottom on a valley, etc. Garret prepared comprehensive report, reviewed our contract with original company pointing what was done incorrectly and even advised how to proceed further as we still have warranty from original company. Also want to note that inspection and advice were given free of charge. Definitely if we had known about GK HOMES AND ROOFING earlier we would use it instead. Notice too on their web site, that they do not give out their exact address of business, not good! I have learned there is a reason some companies do not give this out. If there are problems, then they can just ignore your phone calls and are off the hook for anything that goes wrong.
