Due to horrible circumstances, I needed a moving company / removal service a.s.a.p. -- by which I mean I was calling around on a Friday hoping to move on the Monday. I went through about a dozen other companies locally, all of whom were booked up the next week (understandably), so it was pure chance that I found this company through an internet search.
The chap on the phone spoke a little English, and between that and my poor German we made all the arrangements. The price was not dreadful (they had to charge me extra due to the fact that they were based in another city than I was moving from, and would have to travel just to get to me), the receipt was promptly produced, and they charged me exactly what they said they would, down to the last cent.
I was sincerely impressed by the two movers. They were fast, efficient, and uncomplaining -- despite moving from a third-floor flat (fourth-floor apartment in American terms) with no lift. They helped us carry all our stuff down, hefting sometimes two huge heavy boxes at once (and these were not huge guys!). They obviously didn't dawdle on the way to our new place (they beat us there!), and despite not having a key and the new place being sort of awkward to get to, they had worked out the best way to park close, and had already started moving boxes to the front door, while waiting for us. I tipped them well, and they'd earned it! Not so much as a ding in a box -- though it was a short distance move, and we had no furniture, so I can't speak to that.
Would definitely book these guys again.
