The theme was Harry Potter and Joe, the balloon artist made the party a smash hit not only with the kids but with the adults too! Everyone was so entertained by the amazing designs that Joe was creating right before our very eyes. Each one was more unique than the last creation. The best part was seeing the kids eyes light up as their request to Joe came to life! Joe was designing cartoon character, animals, swords, superheroes, Disney princesses, Barbie, unicorns, and dinosaurs (my personal favorite). He was up for any request and did not disappoint. He even made a butterfly bracelet, web hanging Spiderman and a Harry Potter headband. Joe has a way with kids- he "speaks their language" and kids walk away with amazing balloon art and huge smiles!
