This is beautiful! Lovely premisses bring the right atmosphere for a proper Pilates experience. Spot on. I happened to be the first to review. Prins Maurits Pilates is de eerste Pilatesstudio in het Statenkwartier in Den Haag. Wij doceren klassiek Pilates volgens de authentieke methode van Joseph Pilates. Deze bewegingsmethode voor het hele lichaam bestaat uit oefeningen gericht op het versterken van spieren, het verkrijgen van meer souplesse en het in balans brengen van lichaam en geest.
