The outside envelopes came back without seals (their mistake) and we had to hand seal most of the envelopes ourselves. Due to COVID, our order was delayed (which is understandable), so we were pressed for time for that reason and needed to get our invitations out ASAP. A number of them unfortunately opened in the mail. We called to see if they could help in any way (and even offered to pay full price for reprints, etc.) and they told us "it wasn't urgent" and essentially that it's our problem not theirs.

Office things makes the process easy. They are very helpful when it comes to etiquette, placement and wording of things. Our order came nicely packaged and organized just as we expected it. I will say that on our save the date we made a special request for a special logo to be added to our picture and they came through for us.
