Awaiting a resolution…read more Shipped a package to the US on January 7th. Fully insured and properly packaged, a few days after dropping it off and the Burlington Mountain Grove Plaza store it vanished in the UPS system. It's now March 27th and after more than 5 hours on the phone over the course of 18 phone calls, have come to learn the package that was dropped TWICE and lost TWICE (once it arrived in the USA). After a month it was finally delivered damaged. I have done everything asked of me, online forms, photographs, phone calls, emails and still no resolution. The store has tried to be helpful, after a lot of cajoling, but this issue has been ongoing since January 7th and still no resolution My advice: Do not trust anything of any real value to UPS.

Had a fine experience in the store but afterwards has been a mess. I was sending a package to the…read moreus and I provided all the up to date information and the package was sent to the FORMER address of the recipient. They hadn't lived there in over 2 years. Not sure where they got the old address as I had provided all current contact information but UPS customer service said it was provided by the individual UPS store. I called the store to discuss and always get a full voicemail account. I've emailed with no response in over a week. I do not recommend this location at all.
