I have never heard of this before. I actually sent forms via a different UPS store to the same government office, with a prepaid return envelope in it, with no issues at all less than a week earlier. So why would this be impossible at this location? I ended up having to leave and locate a different UPS store to get this done. Complete waste of time. Line out the door. I waited around to hear what he was telling others and he turned away the next 5 people for various different reasons- only helping the police officer to complete a shipment.
