I had gathered a few details about the business and my options, followed up with an email requesting a quote and schedule, and the lady I spoke with informed me it would take a few hours at most. I followed up the next day as this request was considered to be urgent (wanted to get an idea of how long the printing would take them, I was ready to pay extra if needed). I was put on hold for about 15 minutes and called back to be put on hold again (with the same lady I had emailed my requests to initially). There were two mix-ups that was not the fault of Katie or Budget Promotions, but she dealt with the problem professionally and efficiently, and fixed it for me.
