He could have told me the truth and I would have been OK with that, but instead, he kept on emailing and saying to my face that he was working on it, when by the end of the week it was crystal clear that he was not... I ended up with nothing for the big bridal show I was part of Sunday. He lied many times. That ticks me off. Monday I went in to pick up my banner. Went to The One Stop Print Shop in Lake Mary for some last-minute printing and had a genuinely good experience. They were easy to work with, helped me fix a file issue on the spot, and got everything turned around faster than I expected. The prints came out clean, sharp, and looked way better than I was worried they would. Really appreciate how straightforward and helpful they were. Are used to live in state and utilize this company. Josh was very helpful until I moved out of state. They told me that they could send me a file and I could use it to make edits. They charged me $180 and I am unable to use it when I called for the owner. He made threats and said you need to pay for another program which was not in the original agreement. Do not trust them.
