Both a very disappointing product quality as well as awful customer service. Never again! You would think a print shop would have been too embarrassed to have sent me this garbage of a print on the lock, however even after contacting the customer service of printplanet.de the company merely offers a 30% discount and blames the original picture quality which is blurry, apparently. Choose for yourself. Printplanet considers the work they did on my order as acceptable so very likely if ordering through printplanet.de you'll have a similar experience. read more
