I'm the type of person that could avail with more business and office equipment. I mean who…read morewouldn't love to have their copy machine, but considering I'm too cheap to buy a printer it's just not in the cards! That's when a place like Business Depot comes in handy. They've got all the equipment I wish they had and for a small charge they let me use it. They provide photocopying services and printing. They also do all kinds of stationary work and printing, so if you want some stationary togo along with that make believe business, you can't go wrong.

This place is an absolute disaster…read more Had a conference poster to print and Reads was the first name that came to mind. Getting the poster printed was not a problem and actually done quite quickly. Collecting it on the other hand was like being slowly tortured. Theres a ticketing system in place but the staff behind the desk just pick people at random. I saw one staff member almost lose his mind after taking a phone call (how stressful can a phone call be?). I started walking around the store trying to find somebody to help me and came across a number of other customers who looked pretty pissed off also. I finally collected my poster after about 30 minutes ( collecting a poster should take 2 minutes guys ) and there was a tear in the side of it. Staff members attitude was "ah well, it happens". Overall, a tragic comedy of an experience. I fail to understand how this crowd are still in business.

We were in downtown Dublin and looking to buy a ticket for one of the "hop on hop off" type bus…read morerides. We were helped by Noel (I hope I'm spelling his name correctly lol). He was super friendly and took all the time in the world helping to describe the different bus tours and the stops he would recommend on each and why. As if that wasn't awesome enough, he also laughed at some of my jokes, which if that doesn't exemplify "above and beyond customer service" ... I don't know what does!! :). This service really exuded the Irish friendly service I had heard so much about before my trip. Thanks, really looking for to the bus tour!

They charged me €30 euro for the privilege!…read more The layout of the place is awful, people have no privacy on their computers, you can hear people perfectly as they talk in the phone boxes. I will say the staff are very pleasant, but you know it's bad when they tell you that they overcharge, well the boss insists that they do. They also recommended another store, now that's bad.

I've had to use their services a few times for official documents. They are very expensive for…read moregetting pictures taken, I assume it's because they have a monopoly going on being so near the embassies. I have plenty of experience of being told that your picture is a cm too much resulting in you rushing to get it redone only to rush back to the particular embassy again, not fun. If on the other hand you are looking for other photography services than yes, they are industry standard prices. They also sell office and photography equipment. They are pleasant enough although the guy I dealt with for my photos got the size wrong, actually he got it wrong for a lot of people and he never apologised, he just acted like we were bothering him. The lady at the till is very pleasant, thankfully.

They provide a great service - not only printing/binding/photocopying and their photo lab, but I can organise all my stuff from the comfort of my office. I just email the document I was printed over to them with instructions, and then I go pick it up a few hours later. The quality is always excellent and the prices are pretty reasonable. AND they still take cheques. Almost no shops do that anymore!
