They have worked with me around special circumstances, holidays, and all the issues that COVID brought with it. I recommend them heartily. Told them not to clean master shower( I had done).Bottom line they re-cleaned all those things, and expected me to pay for extra time it took. Once I heard a loud bang.. cleaning lady had dropped my copper wall clock from 4 ' .I put it back on the wall myself. Does not work now. It was a $50.00 restoration hardware Quartz clock. Never said sorry or anthing. They billed me for 3.5 hrs. When it was originally set for 2:45 min job.,They worked hard , but not smart eg. "cleaning all the things I said not to do.It was like the keystone cops, or circus clowns just running around with no clear plan, and expecting me to pay for them unnecessarily cleaning what I had done 11/3hrs on my own. This team did not understand english, and the owner can hardly speak clear english. She thinks her employees can converse clearly( laughable). My rating of 2 stars is gift. These cleaners are not to be left without close supervision. Who wants that??. That is why you hire capable people. Very disappointing,and irritated with this companies' cleaning organization. She said she couldn't take a credit card and could do Venmo but insisted on being paid prior to the service to insure she wasn't getting scammed. it was a disaster from beginning to end. She arrived late and once she got there she had absolutely no cleaning supplies. My 91 year old dad was at the house and Kami told him she would go to the Dollar store to get what she could. I called her (I live out of state) and questioned what was going on. She said without her knowing her daughter took all of her supplies out of her car but not to worry because she would ensure we would get our monies worth. Kami left again after about an hour to go get a vacuum from her grandmother who lived close by and was gone for approximately 1 1/2 hours. I had text her to please FaceTime me before she left so we could go room to room witch no responds. Once she left, my dad went into the house and called me saying it didn't look like anything was cleaned. My sister drove 1 1/2 hours a couple of days later to go look for herself and took numerous pictures of dirty refrigerator, dirty bathroom sinks, dirty bathroom toilets, dirty microwave and dirty inside of the oven. I tried to call her and she didn't answer. I sent her a text expressing my concerns. She eventually text back and said she would refund the money. Unfortunately, after 3 requests to refund the money paid her for work that she didn't do AND sending her pictures of the work not done, she declined the Venmo request to return the money. Not only are we out $300 but my sister had to clean the house.
