She was supposed to return with clean sheets, but never came back. We washed the linens ourselves. I do not recommend any rental that has been cleaned by her

I tried to not have to leave a negative here, but at this point I assume I won't hear back even…read morethough I have reached out to the owner multiple times about services we paid for that were not completed. (Jan 25, so more than a month now). We did a one time deep clean and for the most part they did a great job. However, a number of surfaces were left pretty bad (top of fridge, about half the picture frames, and some other little stuff, but also including the oven which was in the list of "included"). This really would have been fine, but they also did not do the cabinets or the inside of the fridge, which was a seperate charge we paid for. Ive reached out twice since then without any response. I would recommend looking elsewhere.
