The worst example of business practice I've ever seen from any business owner in any industry!…read moreRemoved sandstone retaining wall without consent (we had discussed possibly having him do this, he did not provide an estimate for the removal and rebuild until 3 weeks AFTER he had already removed it)We then agreed to a price (because he'd already taken it and we didn't want to fight that) on 5/20/19. I have contacted him on 5/31, 6/27, 7/10 and finally on 7/31, told him if he did not have a date he needed to contact my husband to discuss repaying us for the stone removed. He has since refused to answer texts, calls and a better business bureau complaint. I requested he remove photos of my home from his business Facebook page- he deleted my comment, kept the photos and blocked me from his page. I have been told his significant other has made threats of physical harm to me as well. These people are the most unprofessional and disrespectful people I have ever dealt with and I would caution anyone considering their service to reconsider.
