Well, Hanna is that person for me. From the moment I sat in her chair, she listened carefully, understood exactly what I wanted, and made me feel completely comfortable. It's rare to find a nail technician who combines talent with such a warm personality. The salon itself is exceptionally clean, welcoming, and stocked with an impressive variety of polish colors, styles, and manicure/pedicure options. It's also conveniently located near I-4 in the Sanford area. As an added bonus, there's a Planet Smoothie nearby if you're craving a treat, and a Tijuana Flats if you're ready for a meal afterward. I was able to get a builder gel manicure and gel pedicure completed in less than two hours, which was impressive. I absolutely love builder gel because it protects my natural nails, doesn't cause damage, and easily lasts three weeks or more. By far, it's the best nail product I've used. Another thing I appreciated was how accommodating they are. Even without a prior appointment, they do their best to fit you in whenever possible. If you visit, don't forget to tip generously. Their kindness, dedication, professionalism, and hard work deserve recognition. Instead of being upfront about the delay, the staff repeatedly asked us to wait "just a little longer," which was frustrating and showed a lack of respect for our time. This wasn't a simple mistake, it was a preventable scheduling and communication issue. Had they been honest about the wait from the beginning, the experience would have been very different. Offering a 10% off voucher for a future visit wasn't an adequate resolution, and unfortunately, we won't be returning.

During my apt, two men came in for pedicures, 5 women for various services, so I'd say it was busy for a Monday. Call and get an apt so you don't have to wait. Same day is fine too. The owner really knows her stuff, and takes her time. If she doesn't like the way your nails look - she will take the time to fix them, and make them look better. Each time, I've had ombré nail fills, and each time she has been a perfectionist. I can tell that she loves what she does, and is passionate about it. This is not a place that takes Walk-ins, please call to make an appointment, as it is only her and her brother. They are both warm, and a joy to be around.
