They did me justice after three months of looking like Chubaca! I let them know of my physical disability (back) ahead of time and they accommodated me as well. 50% of services through July 15th as well. I recommend them for sure. The person doing my eyebrows name started with a B and she was polite and professional. Oh and did I mention that their wasn't any pain! This was my first time at this location and I was pleased that both ladies greeted me and smiled as I walked in. The younger of the two finished first (less than 5 minute wait) and promptly got me into her chair. I have been trying to grow out my eyebrows because I wanted them thicker so it was a bit of a task. It was going ok until she had to call the other lady over for assistance (that's when I got nervous). The older lady proceeded to what I can only assume was clean up or fix something since my eyes were closed and once complete my only concern was that one eyebrow was shorter in length. I decided to leave them off since it wasn't anything super drastic and allow the other eyebrow to catch up. Overall not bad service, the shape was clean and precise and I will return for my next cleanup. However I will probably request the older lady. read more

I was in route to go to a eyelash lady that was in the same shopping center , but when I walked in she wasn't working so I left. As I was walking back to my car and turned to my left . BOOM Sign , " EYEBROWS" I walked in and immediately felt the energy was calm . There was a gentleman walking around with a incense , I said " Beautiful Good energy is important he Smiled .. I tend to have a Happy High Energetic Flow lol . I asked if she did eyelashes , I needed them for a photo shoot . Priti replied yes " I will be right with you " .. She guided me in a facial treatment room , I looked around and thought clean , Nice .. 1 I'm OCD so having a Clean work space is key ! She even offered a blanket.. ( She covered me first with a disposable sheet then the blanket) KEY !! She asked me what I wanted gave options. I love that she listened, she didn't push or give me something I didn't want . I said I have a photo shoot , I normally don't wear individuals but I need something to make my eyes pop. I also said I noticed the threading will it hurt ?? I had it done several times and I couldn't stand the pain . She said I do it Gentle .. OMG !! When I say Gentle it was a Angel soft touch.. I even did lip, & chin and Eyebrow!!! I went in for Lashes and came out looking Like a Champion!! This is definitely my New Place .. Spot I used to get wax but .. I got hair follicle damage my eyebrows never grew back the same .. but this magical lady made my eyebrows pop and threading always looks better .. fresh !! Clean , Nice , Listens and again I'm an Esthetician so I know the standard .. she definitely knows her stuff .. not mention while I was in her chair she had about 5 clients waiting .. I even heard one say " I'll be back " She is definitely worth the wait , so if your in a rush like I was you may need to come early but perfect timing . My wife and daughter go here regularly. The service is fast, friendly, and seems to be pretty good. Also, my younger child plays around while we wait, and the employees/owners are very tolerant of her as she plays. Something else that is nice about the place is that it's clean and spacious. One time the people working recommended a lip service my wife didn't need, and that's why I give 4 stars instead of 5, but I still recommend the place. read more
