    On Friday, June 30, I had a Catheter Ablation with Dr. Zishiri preforming the procedure. It was…read morerequired that I stay the night after the surgery. The care I had was outstanding. From the time I met with the intake person to the time of my release the care that I received was very professional and caring. I counted over 20 staff members who attended to my needs. At times I had the feeling that I was the only patient in the hospital because of the superb care I was receiving. On the eight floor there were three special nurses who cared for me: Getachew, John and Denise. They were constantly checking on me to make sure I was doing okay, checking my vitals and asking if they could do any thing else for me. Dr. Zishiri concern for my welfare was very evident. His compassion for his patients is overwhelming. He took time to visit with me. He gave detailed information concerning the healing process. It was the same with the nurse who assisted me with my release. She was extremely patient as my wife and I asked questions concerning medications and limitations in the recovery process. With the construction we were concerned about parking and finding the in take person for registering for my surgery. The website provided the necessary information in finding the parking lot, which was not a problem. Once inside the building there were helpful guides to direct us to the right check in person.     I am sure the doctors here are fine. However the customer service nearly gave me a heart attack. I…read morewas referred by another cardiologist because of insurance issues. On the first appointment, I found there is little to no parking. I had to go through the ramp 5 times until I found a spot. When I called to make an appointment for my follow up, the doctor had 1 open clinic day in the months of June and July. When I called back to say that day would not work, I was literally on hold for over 30 minutes. Why do places like this take on new patients if they are already over booked? So as I was on hold, I called on another phone and asked the lady who answered if there was someone actually working in scheduling, she was rude to me and said "we are busy you know." Ugh!!! So much for customer service. So sad.
