Well after I adopted her it just got worse. I called for about a week and left messages every time. No one ever picked up the phone and no one ever called me back In that time. Miraculously someone answered the phone today after I had left an email. They refused to take responsibility and told me I just have to take her to a vet. Bottom line is this place adopts out sick animals and you will be stuck with the vet bills in addition to the hundred dollar adoption fee. I suggest you find somewhere else to adopt animals.

Volunteers (Jean, Amanda, Julie, Amy) were so helpful, supportive, friendly. I can't praise them enough. In just 5 days my "scaredy" cat has left his hiding place, explored the house and is happily settling in. I think this reflects the good care he received at STAF while awaiting a new home.

He does not do well at returns calls. Lack of communication. After 8 Mos. he called with a ridiculous settlement. No next step except, he suggested us getting another opinion. After time being released we got another opinion. A law suit will be filed with another attorney on our case. Something David didn't even suggest.
