If there is one thing I don't like it is dealing with insurance agents or insurance carries. It…read moremight just be the fact that the formula of their bottom line earnings is so relatively simple, which is to take premiums in and pay nothing out. Or, maybe it is that when I attempt to carefully read insurance policies, I find them to be nearly unfathomable; probably both. Fortunately, however, my dealings have been few as I've only ever had one claim, being some minor automobile damage caused by Hurricane Wilma. However, as insurance agents or agencies go, I found the agents at this Estrella location to be pretty darn good. They're helpful, patient, polite and have taken the time to fully explain to me the details of various insurance policies, what is covered, the amount of coverage, any deductibles from the coverage and most importantly what is not covered. I've also found them to come up with some very competitive prices, good advice and have never attempted overload me with any more coverage than needed. Their offices are rather drab, sterile and Spartan looking, consisting of four office desks and some waiting chairs which are all located within one room. Though everyone can overhear anything being said, I didn't find that to be a problem or consider a drawback.
