He knew the treatment options and was able to explain them. He was good with middle aged women and men. Not sure he did a full exam but he did give me some good advice that changed the course of a very painful injury. And he is just and employee of OM and not a boss as one person said. Just because he has the MD doesn't make him in charge but who knows maybe now he does have a new admin position in this form of health care delivery?

Perhaps Dr. Fell is indeed a good doctor (I did not get a chance to experience), however, given the way HIS office/people handled this matter, makes him a terrible leader. She is a wonderful Dr. She's very friendly, knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manners. Dermatologist is located on the 2nd floor. It's a big department with many dermatologists. Sutter Health, if you're reading this, you've got a real problem. People expect battles with insurance companies. What's worse is when your own provider, the people who are supposed to protect your well-being, treats you like you're the problem. I'll be going back to my old doctor, where I don't have to fight to be treated fairly. Dr. Tan has a near-perfect star rating on Sutter Health. Let's just say it doesn't reflect the reality I experienced.
