Stay away and give your business to a company who respects their customers Your workers came in set up the pool table opened up the wrapping of the pool cues which had nothing to do with them setting up the pool table and broke my pool cues. They Also not only refuse to take the crates of the pool table box but left their own trash in My home. I have pictures to prove it.They also left nails broken pieces of wood and a very sharp box cutter blade out in the open.I have pictures to prove it. Being a Brunswick Certified Billiard Technician, Juston helped catalog the damage that occurred during transport. The documentation proved invaluable in the claim process with the third-party logistics provider. Once the claim was settled, I trusted Juston with the restoration of my Brunswick-Balke-Collender table. The table was completely refurbished within the time frame provided. Eddie visited my home today with another Pro Billiards associate and completed the set-up and re-clothing of the table. Purchased a new home last year with a beautiful finished basement and monster bar. The previous owners had a mutt of a pool table down there, as well as an off-brand bubble hockey game, which they thankfully took with them. I contacted Juston and we spoke on the phone a bit, then I made my way to the new showroom. He spent a significant amount of time with me and I eventually found the perfect table - a Brunswick Bradford II. I also noticed a recent addition to the showroom - a Super Chexx bubble hockey game. We agreed on a package price and secured the deal (even scored a nice Pro Billiards hooded sweatshirt!). The delivery and installation team was outstanding, and they did a great job getting things set up. I did have a minor issue with the arcade game that Juston told me that he would have addressed, but after several phone calls/text messages over a couple month period, I ended up having to resolve it myself (I finally identified the issue as a defective coin op switch) . I'm certainly not going to reduce an otherwise 5-star rating for this, as everything else was top notch, but I wish that he would have had this taken care of it as promised when noticed @ delivery. Regardless of the minor inconvenience, I'd still recommend Juston and his team at Pro Billiards, hands down. Deal with them with confidence. read more
