Low tech carwash with great results: everyone who washed my car was thorough and professional and friendly, even when cleaning out a ton of dog hair from my car (I tipped extra, for obvious reasons). Instead of machines, this is all hand washed and dried, except you still drive your car from prep station to wash station to dry station. Stay far far away from these men. Very scary. Car dirty, very. Given price of 50$, when done cleaning before wash, it looked terrible. Didn't realize they do a second interior clean when on other side. Cash only. Person in charge dropped price to basic, 30$ which is the actual SUV cost, I was paying more to get a thorough clean as it was dirtier than normal on floors. Had to go inside as they take nothing other than cash, only told after they started. Went into 76 and had to use debit card to get cash back, no ATM. Took out 30$, plus 5$ tip, plus 2.50 transaction fee. Paid them 30+ 5$ tip. They did not clean as promised, won't recognize your car, will look so good you won't recognize. Did not clean dash, left two water stains on passenger seat, did clean out the cubbies in the door. Ok no problem, I'll have it done again. Paid them and they freaked out. 6 men screaming at me in spanish and english. Calling me names, either my keys, called 911. Two of them dumped a big bin of trash into my car. Slammed my passenger door so hard, they could have broken the window. Threw my 35$ payment at me as two guys were dumping a trash bin in my car. Keys finally showed up as I was cleaning out the trash. I did finally fight back. I was terrified and they took videos of me and my car including license plate while they taunted and screamed at me withholding my keys. I was in a panic. and very scared. They lied and said price was never dropped. They cleaned the car more after I got the agreed 30$ with the 5$ tip and it looked ok/bettet but still lots to be done, will need to pay more to finish the job. I was not ok going back inside, knowing I now had to shampoo the damaged seat and to get it cleaned again. I was not paying another transaction fee when the price was agreed to be dropped. "too dirty, will charge you the 30$ basic price then". Of course the police refused to take their threats and screaming and ganging up on me seriously. Stay far far away from this place. Clearly an illegal business l, cash only, no receipt or logging of the money exchanged or for each person getting a wash. LIARS, dishonest, over promise and under ldelivered. Abusive and scary. It's great that they are open until 7, but not worth the $40 including tip I paid. They didn't wipe down the doors that obviously needed it. They didn't lift the back seat to vacuum. My car hadn't been washed since November and all the dust was really getting to it. The dashboard was getting to the point where using the windshield wiper fluid wasn't cutting it. I found this place on Yelp and thought the prices looked reasonable. I came on Saturday morning around 9:30 AM and there was a pretty long wait already. The whole process probably took about 30-40 minutes. The most basic deal (vacuuming, window cleaning, and wash) is $20 and I upgraded to $25 for super wash with a wax. Overall, I was happy with how clean my car looked and the vacuuming of the floor mats (there were so many leaves before!). I wish there was a bit more attention to detail on the interior and that they had also vacuumed my trunk. I would recommend this place if you're willing to wait -- it's a great deal! read more

This has been my go-to car wash for the last 2 years. At only $20 for a hand wash and interior vacuuming, I feel like this is a great deal. Is this the best car wash ever, no, but you get a good quality wash for that price. The guy who runs this is a small business owner and those guys have a very special place in my heart. Gotta shop and support local during these times. The ppl there are always friendly and do a pretty good job cleaning my car. Also for only $5 more they will remove and hand wash your floor mats. Went to give this place a try because they didn't have a cheap automatic car wash option. Everything looked alright until later that day when my windows were too dirty to see out of them. I tried to call the owner the next day.. instead of him apologizing he ended up arguing with me about how it was "the factory windows" fault. Finally after going back and forth he offered a refund but I'm stuck with these dirty windows until the weekend because of my work schedule. Not worth the $40 I paid with a tip. Bottom line: Aggressive, rude treatment is just not acceptable. *********** I've stopped to get my car washed here a few times before and not had any issue, although there seems to be different people working all the time. However my last experience this week on Wednesday was just horrible. My friend and I got out (we are both older, Asian women) and the man in the photo below said it would be $50 to wash, vacuum, and wipe inside/outside of my regular, passenger sized car (not very dirty to begin with, as I don't drive much). I told him I have always paid $35 for the same service, as recently as 4 weeks ago, and he became extremely rude, hostile and aggressive. I even asked him if he could just wash and vacuum (no wipe down) for $35. He began yelling at us, unnecessarily escalating things. I felt unsafe and took my phone out to record his behavior, and he began reaching for it and threatening to break it! Another man (his son?) came over to call us "you Chinese" and demand that we leave, and that they refused to service us. I have never experienced such crazy, rude behavior before. A simple explanation of some change in policy or pricing would have sufficed. Instead, they decided to act like out of control bullies. Not to mention, we are not even Chinese - don't appreciate the blanket, small-minded stereotyping! I will be complaining to other relevant agencies as well, because people this unhinged and aggressive should not be working with the public. I'm giving it 5 stars because it's great for what it is for $27. I went on a weekday when no one else was there and because of that they said they had time to do more on the interior, and they just went to town on my car! I stepped out of the car and they really tackled the interior for me with vacuuming and wiping down- 2 small kids' worth of crumbs. Then they had me drive it through the car wash area while they did hand wash on the exterior. Afterward they had me step out of my car again and they dried it and do one final wipe down pass inside. I cannot complain. I think I may have seen there's a little bit of dirt still on in crevices of my hub caps, but overall I'd say I'd definitely go back and I could even point out certain things if I wanted them to tackle it next time.
