I explained that he would need a ladder and he stated that with his new equipment, he would not need one. He managed to clean the second story windows with his equipment and I was elated at the fine job he performed. This young man is very personable, professional and knowledgeable and I highly recommend him and his company. He stated that they also perform other home projects that I may need done in the future. I am so disappointed in the work done by there managers. These guys had no control of the situation. Shotty management only out there for a buck yet again. I am disgusted by this company.
