When I opened the suitcase I saw the disaster. All clothes were new with price tags etc . These clothes are beautiful no stains got out all the marks they look so good. I am so pleased so thankful for their hard work and cleaning it. I'm not even sure how many times they had to clean, treat, etc. but they did a phenomenal job. I had pants dresses, shirts, sweaters what have you and one of my favorite dresses I had bought they got the black marks out because the suitcase is black. And they were reasonable they didn't charge me $10 in a leg which I expected to be so much. It was a reasonable cost. Oh my gosh, I can't speak of how good they are. These are my favorite cleaners in Washington and I will continue to go here.

Secondly, your dryers go for 8 minutes for .89 cents so yes, I inserted it multiple times to start for the other loads as everyone must do. At the end it usually requires one more insert which you should absolutely review please and see I entered it once and was charged TWICE. Also set I varied the overly soaked clothes out to my car and dried them at home- As I stated! And it's not the first time but thanks for getting on here to argue and be dismissive about my customer experience . Your attendant was actually fine and doing her job the best she could but you were not there to support her. We waited nearly half an hour for you the respond to her text according to her! Show the recording of me sitting and waiting for that from your cameras. You weren't there working, nor were your machines sir so please stop wasting time on the excuses it's not my first rodeo with you all so I found it time to give a review. As you see I have very few low reviews that I provide because each individuals experience is unique but if I try you several times and it's always something, or it's a complete disregard for a concern then people should know.
