Send an email to the address investigativeunit@trexis.com, which you sent pictures of the accident to telling them that you will take legal action if they do not reimburse you for damages. I did this and received a check dated the same day as my email. They, of course, did not reply to the email. 3. Take the check to your local dealer, schedule a service appointment, and Legacy will have to work with the dealer to issue a supplementary check based on the dealer's estimate compared to their own. This will take a while but you will get your car repaired and Legacy will pay the auto dealer. Previous review: This company is actively engaging in insurance fraud. If you call to inquire about a claim, they place you on hold in a 10+ person queue. After you get through the queue, the automatic voice recording says they are having system issues and asks you to call again later.

I took my car in to get an estimate, and I had to fight them to pay the claim. I still ended up paying a chunk out of pocket. Carlos who was assigned to me was an asshole, the entire experience was the worst I have ever been through. I've been in three wrecks in my life , all not my fault, but the other two were paid in full with no issues. The repair shop I went too said they continuously have issues with this insurance company not paying for all of the estimate. Please do not give them your business.
