I contacted Shades and Shutters to ask if they could source the clips for the older model Blinds that were purchased by the previous home owner. I have no idea where the previous owner purchased the blinds. I made the inquire on the Shadws and Shutters web site and that same day received a response from John with a picture of what the replacement clips looked like. I asked how to purchase the clips and John noted he would be in the area where I live the following day and would drop them off. I came home from running errands and there were the clips at my front door. So I have dealt with this company twice and on both occasions their service was excellent.

Not only did they originally miss the weather proofing barrier but when it was brought their attention the current owner (previous manager) got in my husbands face demanding full payment yet the job was not completed yet. They left nails and shingles all over our property and never came back to clean it up. Recently we had their sales manager out to do an inspection and it was determined the entire roof needed to be replaced. Since this report was filed BY THEIR OWN EMPLOYEE, they will not return my calls, emails, etc. I am now taking further legal action to have my roof replaced as it was done wrong.
