It's one of the few quick service shops in Bricktown that we noticed open and available in the neighborhood. As soon as we walked in, the team member in the store greeted us and asked if we needed any help. We were only in the store to grab a few snacks and sodas. It was a lot cheaper at On The Run Convenience & Deli than it was to purchase snacks inside the hotel. Some of the items inside the store include the following Chips (Lays, Ruffles, Doritos, etc..), Cookies (Nabisco), etc.. Soda (Mountain Dew, Coca Cola, Pepsi products...) Ice Cream Candy Cup Ramen Dips Energy Drinks There is a Deli in the back if you were interested in a sandwich. He asked me if I was there with someone else who had coincidentally tried to buy the same brand of cigarettes but had been turned away. I told him no since I was with my wife headed out for the night. He then asked if I was sure I confirmed I had no idea what he was talking about then was refused service. No clue why as I'm sure probably 100s if not 1000s of people come in on a Saturday night buying smokes and I'm sure some of us buy the same brand. Very poor customer service and without any logical reason. Very strange behavior and walked out of the store empty handed and confused. Had my wife walk in and buy them anyway but bigger hassle then it should have been for sure. Certainly won't be stopping in again.
