They were pretty busy, but said they could still do a gel pedicure and full set of nails today. I waited about 45 minutes before they seen me. I started off with a lady who was very kind. Then half way through the set I was moved to pedicure with another super kind lady because the woman doing my nails was going back and forth between me and another lady. I didn't get to experience the full pedicure with the nice towel around the legs because it was now closing time...the man who finished up my nails was very clearly upset with me being there by obviously talking about me with the lady who started the nail set. I would smile and he would glare. When doing my nails he acted nice to my face, but still was kind of antsy. At the end of it all, I paid full price plus $25 additional for the designs. In total I paid $115 plus a $20 tip. I'd hope for future clients if they don't have the time, they should turn away clients instead of taking them in, but not giving them everything they paid for and making them feel uncomfortable and/or unwelcome is good business practice. It has lasted well and there were lots of options on color. I had no nicks or concerns about the service. The wait was a bit long, but we did not have appointments so that was on me. She has only completed the first part and has yet to return my calls/texts to finish the job. My eyebrows look jacked. Second, when she did my eyebrows the first time (after two cancellations), it was very uncomfortable because it was at her "friend's" house near a window full of cobwebs. She also fed me some crap about not using an anesthetic because it takes too long and doesn't work. So I trusted her. Well I can tolerate a lot of pain but that was ridiculous. A little anesthetic goes a long way. I'm 6 months pregnant and was covered in sweat when she was done in only 10 minutes. Yes, 10 minutes.... Third, she only charged me $100 for the first set because she told me to return my Groupon and just pay her in cash. Seemed sketchy...should've known. Been texting her for over 3 weeks trying to get my 2nd appointment and had replied back once saying she doesn't know who I am and doesn't live in the area anymore. Wtffff?? Lesson learned. Will have to get my eyebrows fixed in a professional place that can show me a license and is CLEAN.

I was traveling and needed a cut for both my hair and beard, and needed something open on a Sunday…read more Boly was open, so I went. Parking is limited in front of the store, but there is more parking around the side and the back. I arrived as a walk-in, and found there were four people ahead of me, but I had the time so I waited. It didn't take long with two barbers working. The proprietors and clients were mostly Spanish-speaking - not a problem for me since I'm fully bilingual. A television tuned to a Spanish-speaking channel kept customers entertained. Not my favorite, but OK. A bit loud in my opinion. The chairs for customers who are waiting were rather hard and not comfortable, but were OK. The best thing was the young man who did my cut did an excellent job. He listened to what I wanted and was careful to do precisely what I asked. A gentleman's cut (no fades for me!), and beard trim. I am very happy with the way my hair and beard turned out. When he did the beard, he used a shaving cream while using a straight edge razor for defining the edges. No hot towel - and some of the shaving cream stayed in my moustache. I was able to rinse it out well later. So, the cut was great. The service could be improved when doing beards and shaves if they included a hot towel. But, I received what I needed for a reasonable price.
