Update: I've been going here for about two years now. I got a fill a few days ago and my nails started chipping that same day. I've never had that happen before and I had accidentally broken a nail as well so I went to get them fixed. I asked for the nail to be fixed and if we could repaint the chipped Nails. I 100% planned on paying for them to be fixed. The owner was visibly upset, he aggressively did my nails then when I got up to pay he told me to just go and walked away. I loved going here and have left nothing but good reviews about both locations, but I do not plan on coming back after how uncomfortable I felt :(

Update: after just one week the gel mani is chipped from the bottom. I am used to chips after a couple weeks on the nail tips due to typing, living life but never from the bottom like this.

I bought a coupon on Groupon with deluxe pedicure and shellac manicure. The review made me a little bit concern, but now I am glad I come and have a great experience. At first, I was trying to make a reservation on the weekend. But they were too busy to take me, they forward my reservation to the Monday. Today, I walk in, and it is the manager, Franco, takes me do my manicure. The shape and the whole processing are wonderful. They use Gelish gel nail for my color and CND gel nail for my base which both brands are well-known and reliable. Then, a choppy, cutie smile woman does my pedicure. She doesn't speak English fluently, but she cares the details and would like to communicate with you the nail you want. I got wax for both my hands and my foot. After all, it is a great experience in the US.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Really wish I read these reviews before I went there. When I first got there I stood at the counter for about 5mins bc someone came out. The owner (older Chinese man) was so rude from the beginning. I came in he was rushing me to decide wat I wanted.(as if somebody else was in there) So I want him to paint my French tips bc I wanted them oval and not so thick. He tells me the white tips are better so now he can't change the shape so I said whatever. Then he gets to shaping one nail oval. I told him no that's not what I asked for. He threw my hand and start yelling "Did u not tell me Oval did you not tell me oval" I kept trying to explain to him but he kept yelling saying that's what I asked for. So I asked can he just make it coffins he says "I can but I don't want to, you don't know what you doing so u can leave" so I gladly got up and left. So damn rude !!!

Horrible French manicure. Had my nails done Saturday, completely chipped by Tuesday. Never going back.

Pros: - owners are nice…read more - easy online booking - conveniently located on hwy 90 Cons: - not very skilled at nails beyond the basics - deceptive photos on google If you want something basic, this place is fine. If you want anything even a little elaborate, go somewhere else. I chose this nail salon because of the amazing photos they have on Google Reviews. I love nail art, especially during the holidays, so I was wanting simple glitter ombré, with snowflakes on top. I showed not only a pic of what I wanted, but a video as well. During my appointment it became apparent Jessica did not even know how to do gel glitter ombré, so I pivoted to just doing a simple layer of glitter on top of the neutral color I had picked out, so what I walked away with was nothing like what I asked for. My nail polish isn't super even, and I need to touch up the filing. I simply don't like my nails, and am disappointed this is what I will have for the holidays. I totally understand that not every nail tech is skilled at nail art, but then make that clear. Tell the client it's not possible, and that you can only do the basics. I would have just went with red nails if I had originally known what I was going to get by trying to get nail art. My pedicure was good.

Beware of toe infections and inconsistent pedicures!…read more I went to this salon for the first time last month. I walked in and was sat in a chair immediately. They then proceeded to make me wait for over an hour, even though they said 15-20 minutes for the wait-time. I spent $70 on a pedicure. It was their deluxe spa pedicure, which includes callus removal, hot stone massage, paraffin wax, etc. I also opted for gel polish, so this pedicure was $60 before the tip I left. I never mind paying for something that's worth the cost. I was very happy with the results. The massages were amazing and my toes looked great! Fast forward to 3 days ago when I went back for another pedicure. Despite how long they made me wait the first time, I wanted the same great massage and polish result so I chose to go back. The manager even recognized that I came back and thanked me, even though I had to wait the first time. I only had to wait a few minutes and picked the exact same pedicure as last time; I had a different tech though. He asked if I wanted him to help with my ingrown toenails and I agreed. I understand it's risky, but I trusted him. 3 of my toes are now purple and infected; one of them wasn't even one of the ones with the ingrown...he just clipped the cuticles too much. Also...he didn't do half the things that were done the first time that are listed on their menu and supposed to be done. He barely massaged my legs/feet and didn't do the hot stones at all. Yes, I paid just as much. Needless to say, I will not be returning. Shame on this salon for charging what they do and not delivering consistent service where someone pays for it!!! ESPECIALLY when everything that is supposed to be included is written on the service menu!

I went to this location last Friday (04/12) for a pedicure. Our appointment was at 2 pm. My wife…read moreand I sat in chairs for the next 45 minutes before our services even started. My tech began working on me and for the next 2 hours this continued. The tech must have been brand new. She was timid, she was not sure of what to do and had to keep asking the owner and others around what to do and how to do it. When she found out what to do it was done very poorly. This tech should have never been put in a position to work on any customer as she was not ready or prepared. She should have worked on other workers to get the training she needed because she lacked any skills at all. My nails were uneven, and I had areas where my skin was cut and bleeding. The massage did not happen. This tech was not sure what to do or how to do so she skipped around the whole service leaving one thing done on one foot and not on the other. My wife's pedicure started 25 minutes after mine did. However, her service was completed a full hour prior to mine. I charged full price ($45.00) for this horrible experience with a tech who is not trained. We mentioned the issues to the tech and other workers around her. Little to nothing was done. Another tech with more experience wanted to trim the skin on my toes more but by this time they were already red and hurting.
