Pro Nails Salon is my new place to go! My mom and I were looking for a new nail salon and were looking to get an appointment last minute. We called them at 5:15 and they told us they could fit us at 5:45. We came in and were greeted by who I believe was the owner. She was so nice and sweet and I automatically had a good impression of the place. We sat down in the waiting area and they took us within 5 minutes. The place was a good size with a decent amount of chairs. It was very clean and organized. Me and mom both got a gel manicure and regular pedicure. All the ladies who did our nails were so sweet and positive. I've never been to a nail salon where EVERYONE was so sweet. Tiffany did my finger nails and she was amazing! I asked for a design for halloween and she did it with out a problem even though I have really small nails and it's hard to have a design on them. She also offered if I'd like to do my black nails as matte, which I have never been offered before. I said yes and they look absolutely amazing! Now I am going to always want matte! At the end we paid and the prices were really good compared to some other locations I've been to. We were also given a stamp card! She even told us that if anytime we pay with cash we would get an extra stamp! Overall, this is definitely my new favorite nail salon and we'll definitely be back! I really love this salon. All of the ladies are very nice. It's a nice, calm atmosphere. It's not super busy and chaotic like most nail salons around the area. They clearly don't over book so when you make an appointment you are not waiting long once you arrive. They have several ladies that do acrylics and they are all good! I've been to other places where they only have one or two good people that do acrylics and usually this people are already booked with appointments and you get the people that nobody requests but here even if you are a walk in you get someone good. The owner, Kelly, is so sweet! I just love them all. I come here with my daughters and they are teens and all of the ladies are so nice to us. They actually do the traditional acrylics with the brush as well as the newer product of dipping. They have a big selection of both regular polish and gel. read more

This place is a little hidden , but I found them through Group-On. I was a tad skeptical initially , but upon entering I was greeted by a friendly lady. The lady turned out to be the owner , Helen. It seems like a very sanitary place ,since they discard the filing tools and other tools and bring out a new pack for each pedicure . They have a lot of colors for gel, I believe over 300 is what I was told !!! For pedicures they include a stone massage at the end and warm towels too ..... I came in there on October and there weren't many safety precautions made for COVID-19 besides masks. My nails weren't even shaped properly or cut either, aside from that the lady didn't wait for my designs to dry so the designs on my nails looked smeared , I had to go home and scrape off the gel myself . I followed Tiffany (Thu) to this salon after she moved. The ladies here are amazing. You can tell the owners took special care to hire talent and skill. My last visit, July 13, 2019, I was too last minute to get an appointment with Tiffany and had the pleasure of meeting Linda. My fingertips were a mess. I have a bad habit of picking at my cuticles when I'm nervous and the only way I've managed to stop is with acrylics. I think because the thickness of the acrylic makes it near impossible for me to pick Linda was very gentle and helped me pick a design I like that she felt comfortable doing. I APPRECIATE THIS SO MUCH! Too often I've gone to other places and been told the tech can do the design I want, only to be begrudgingly disappointed. Linda was honest and careful. I called this place after calling a few other salons in the area for prices. Based on the reviews, I decided to give this place a try! I was able to make a same day appointment at 3:30 the same day (day before Thanksgiving!). I showed up about 3:35 and had to wait until 3:50, which I didn't think was a big deal. Overall, I'm happy with the experience! The place was big and spacious and very clean! The ladies who worked there all seemed very nice and sweet. Just wish they had a bit more options for the powder dip colors! But still happy with the red I got for the holidays. July 11th, 2018 I have been coming here since Thu, Kelly & Jessie have finally decided to open their own business together! Their LOYAL clients followed them from the previous salon where they used to work at to Pro Nails supporting them and their accomplishments! For starting their own business and it has been almost a year I must say they are doing well and still growing! With that said Thu has been doing my nails since January because the technician that used to do my nails left. I am VERY Happy with Thu's work! She does such an AMAZING job ALWAYS and she ALWAYS takes her time and never rushes and VERY DETAIL-ORIENTED! She takes PRIDE with the work she does on each and every single one of her clients! So before she works on to her next clients she asks and makes sure you like your nails and leaves happy. So people please be honest and learn to speak up if you want it in a certain way, etc. so she can fix it the way you would like it. I refer so many of my friends, family & random people to her. I also inform them that she has gotten so much busier that YES IT IS HARD TO GET AN APPOINTMENT WITH HER & she is booked weeks to a month or month and half out. That right there shows how awesome she is and how much she is growing! ANY LOYAL CLIENTS OF HER KNOWS HOW BUSY AND BOOKED SHE IS SO BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE SALON BE SURE TO BOOK YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT WITH THU & DO NOT WAIT LAST MINUTE TO CALL AND MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH THU EXPECTING TO GET IN WITH HER RIGHT AWAY! She does try her BEST to work around her schedule to accommodate her clients, but if she can't at least she was able to try her best! There are other technicians that also do great work and that's because they learn from Thu! Tammy is my other favorite technician! She does my pedicure and gives the BEST massage, but also very detail-oriented! She always has a smile on her face and such an amazing person! All the girls are AMAZING & FRIENDLY! They do their very best to make every clients that walk through the door happy! Their are some technician that may not understand English very well & that's okay because you can always ask Thu, Kelly, Jessie or Tammy what you would like and they can translate for you! It's a MAJOR PET PEEVE FOR PEOPLE TO POST BAD REVIEWS ON YELP ABOUT PRO NAILS AND STATING HOW THE TECHNICIAN DIDN'T DO A GREAT JOB, ETC ETC, BUT THEN POST ON THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA HOW AWESOME THEIR NAILS ARE AND HOW MUCH YOU LOVE THEM BY PRO NAILS. I find that very rude and hurtful to these technicians that are working so hard to make their clients happy and to hear that they are happy to their faces, but then defame them on yelp is just very disgusting! Pissed is an understatement!!!!!!! Don't even know where to start! First of all, you might want to treat first time customers with the same appreciation and respect as returning customers! That makes all the difference between a customer for life and one that's in a pinch and will never come back again! My first time will be my last time, that's for sure. I was called to see if I could come earlier so I said yes and arrived at the scheduled time. They had us waiting there for 20 minutes before they decided to pay attention to us. I went in for a simple fill and a pedicure. The lady that attended me changed the whole shape of ALL my nails, something that I did not ask her to do. I had coffin shaped nails that I loved and had no problem with when I went in and came out with squared shape blocks. She was rushing my fill just so she could shape a nail for a customer that was already done. Her work reflects on that. She replaced a nail and didn't even bother to reshape it even when I asked her to work on the sides. The same lady did my pedicure, she rushed through it. All she did was cut my nails, file the top, barely cut any cuticle and kinda scrubbed my feet because it was in the package I paid for. the whole pedicure with polish lasteel was than 10 minutes. I saw regulars get 20-30 minutes of care. She did below bare minimum. when she was done painting she left me there and didn't even bother coming back or checking if they were wet and no one else in there bothered to come check either so I walked barefoot to the counter where I waited for another 5 minutes for someone to overcharge me. I ended up messing up my pedicure. Never in 15 years that I've been using salons have I ever put my own shoes on and now I know why lol. Never again. I felt so discriminated and robbed. I would love my money back but I know that's not going to happen. read more
