I was given no explanation as to why my request was being denied (scheduling, location, span of work, etc). When I inquired about a quote the owner asked me to measure the walls myself.... I don't have a ladder so I asked for an in person estimate. Again, I was denied service because no free estimates were given. I never asked for a free estimate, I only asked for an estimate. I'm not really sure why I was denied service ( I was never told), one can only assume some type of prejudice, but the representative had no tact or bedside manor. Let's just say my 5 year old can paint better. The walls are all blotchy, the repair work he did on the walls is mediocre at best. Multiple attempts to have him come back were met with excuses. Oh and make sure you keep an eye on his crew as they smoke in your closets, forget to flush, left paint residue in all the sinks, and curse up a storm even with children around. Oh and don't mind the paint drops on the floor, he won't clean those up. The owner is very well spoken and truly has 1 great worker that did a terrific job in my kitchen and dining area.
