The crew showed up as scheduled, they were very professional and handled my piano with the up most care and respect. These guys are great. I was lucky enough to inherit an upright piano from my uncle. Called around for a couple of quotes, pricing was competitive and Yuriy was extremely polite, pleasant and professional on the phone. This was my experience with him from start to finish with the move. Communication and expectations were clear, we scheduled a date and then he contacted us with an option to move up the date when a cancellation arose. Turned out to be better for us and they were prompt, showed up on time, in and out efficiently and impressed my uncle and husband who are harder to please than I am. If you need a piano moved, call Gary. My elderly mother had a piano in a basement that had to be taken out. The stairway was both steep and narrow. They accomplished the near impossible getting a player piano out of one house (they had to turn it on its side) and into another through a door with less than a hair width's of clearance.
