(Great sales pitch) I was also assured that they could get some more money from the insurance company because the #'s were too low for our area. (They never contacted the insurance company other than to send them the bid) I also thought the bid provided included my garage. (Why would I not shingle my garage? It was in the same storm as my house and on my insurance claim which was provided to them) When all was said and done I had to hire a second company to shingle my detached garage @ a cost of $2880. A small house and garage cost over $12,000 to reroof. Do not use Wyoming roofing!

Thought a local company would be good and reliable even though heard they charge more than other roofing companies. Their salesman Tyler is one to stay away from as he promises they'll be there the next week and then don't hear from him ever again.

We really did not know who to call so I went online and found Built Wright homes and I am so happy that Joe and his team took over from there. I needed to have a roof and siding done on a mobile home that my sister in law owns in Gillette. This was quite an undertaking since she is somewhat special and had no idea how to get her home fixed. I contacted Joe and he took it from there. I explained what was going on and his patience with her put her at ease. Every step of the way so far has been great. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. From the estimate, going to the home, choosing colors, getting the check and following through. I would highly recommend this company for all of your roofing and siding needs. Since I am in Colorado he has kept me in the loop with the process and has gone above and beyond my expectations. My husband explicitly told them to call before coming as he has an odd work schedule and I just got out of the hospital and was in no shape to be dealing with the situation. Their guy shows up with no call (in fact he had the wrong# scribbled in his notebook) when my husband isn't home, I struggle to the door only to have th first thing said to me be "Why are you in your PJ's?". That right there is so unprofessional. I'm in my home, not expecting company, fresh out of the hospital and you're going to question my attire before even identifying yourself? Knowing I wasn't well (I told him) he still knocked on the door 3-4x and asked me to help color match, etc. I could barely stand up straight! I was outside on a very hot day trying to cover myself in a heavy robe, hot and sweaty and despite my repeated request that he speak to my husband he continued with his questions which I repeatedly told him I did not have answers to. In all it was extremely unprofessional all around and their pricing are far from the realm of competitive compared to other local businesses. Get another estimate is my advice!
