Day One Renovations? A timely response and a promptly scheduled, in person consult. Jonathon and Ari were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Timely, proactive, and responsive. When we hired them, it seemed like a no brainer. Now that work is complete, I wish we had hired them sooner. Their attention to detail was tremendous and they left the worksite looking better than it did when they first arrived. Perhaps the biggest compliment of all? Additionally, we were told we had to pay $300 by credit card--upfront to them via phone--prior to the appointment even being set. Since when is it commonplace to demand a deposit for a septic pump appointment? And for a repeat customer, nonetheless? Both quotes received were also nearly one hundred percent higher than we paid in 2021. Prices have risen for all of us, so I expected an increase, but almost double the cost seems a bit extreme. Ultimately, I called and booked another local company, who gave me a better rate and no "Pik Tax" was attempted either.
