Avery and Zack, my technicians, showed up enthusiastic and well-mannered and after a few minutes of explaining their methods they were off to work. They worked to wash the house, the shed, the shed roof, the front cedar porch, the rear pressure treated deck and an 80-foot stonework wall using different methods of washing and techniques appropriate to the surface they were cleaning. I was not told this but I'm sure they worked past their allotted time for my job because they were determined to do a "very good" job for me. Avery & Zach rule!! I could give you any number of reasons why I was happy with their work and service but suffice it to say that I believe you will be happy with their work too. I found out the hard way after they completely botched my gutters in ways I could not discern until years later when another gutter company had to replace the whole thing with the correct pitch, correct gutter guards, and correct amount of downspouts. Legacy themselves lied to me about the maintenance recommendation of their gutter guards while installing them, claiming it was a hands off solution - "everything blows off, there's no maintenance." The combination of factors resulted in poor water flow (eventually a full blockage within a few years), exacerbated ice dams, and damage to my home. Legacy absolved themselves of any responsibility because they were a subcontractor on the job. I have yet to speak to the owner after repeated requests. They are blaming the roofing company (and me) for it all. Just so you know the kind of characters you're dealing with here. To be clear, as a sub-contractor on a job to install gutters, Legacy still has a standard to meet regardless whose designs are being executed. The expectation is that they install gutters with the proper slope, advise which gutter guards fit the environment, install gutter guards in the correct orientation (so they don't drip water back onto the house), and inform customers of any maintenance requirements accurately. Both the end customer and the roofing company rely on Legacy's "expertise" and trust that they would do good work. A typical homeowner cannot quality check gutter work, and Legacy has evidently taken advantage of this trust. I have never seen a business behave in such a disgusting way and I highly encourage anyone looking for gutter work to find literally anyone else for the job.

I had them install new gutters and screens but using the old down spout. After they installed the…read morenew gutters and screens I noticed that I couldn't clean the screens. The gutters screens were so close to the roof drip edge that I would cut my finger if I was to clean them. They came back over to lower them but he told me that they were only going to lower one of my seven gutters that they installed. Now on the one that they lowered the low point is to the 90 degree bend of the L shape gutter. Now it will never drain out from the middle back to the left hand end. I think they didn't move the down spout down to make the right pitch. I could tell because there are no new holes in my trim board on the house. . The gutters size increased from a 4" to a 5" gutter.
