    Very disappointed in service here, we had a claim through lowes, I got to choose a repair place picked you guys I scheduled a repair and got a text saying ignore it your ordering parts for a problem you had know clue was wrong with it. Waited almost 3 weeks before I reached out to a oh the part just came in we have a guy tomorrow. Guy comes out and does nothing , nothing at all but says you'll need a new ui didnt pull it out didnt check anything said ill order more parts. We'll waited again another guy comes out and finally pulls dishwasher out and he goes man its worse then said, you need this this and this nothing I can do today at all. He asked did the last guy fo anything I said nope made a call and left. Horrible way to do business. If you get a option to pick a repair place DO NOT pick these guys at all. They won't even come see what the problem is first they order parts they think you'll need. What a waste of time. Do better pro tech do better. Not a way to do business at all.

I have Simple Mobile that I got through him, and my partner is on Page Plus, also through him, and the service and phones are great - so much better than Boost that I had before. I'd highly recommend Aha! Wireless to anyone looking for better service (just not Boost), and a great price on repairs - my broken iPhone screen cost less than half the price of the Apple store, and I haven't had a problem since! There were even a couple of times where Joel took the time to trouble shoot and ultimately fix whatever the issue was and then offer no charge. Looking back, I wonder if this was possibly because my issue was minor- something that most people would be able to understand and therefore take care of on their own but either way, in this day and age, it's next to impossible to find that kind of generous kindness. As a thank you, I always tipped him. Yesterday I had to jump through hoops just to try to fix my phone and to buy a new phone. It was very stressful and annoying. The whole time I kept saying to my husband that I wished aha was still open. So Joel, if you see this, thank you and know that a lot of people miss aha!

There's a way that information gathering can be done in the natural flow of the conversation. Do not: Be confrontational: This is something as little as the words you use, the tone and the pace in which you say it. Cutting your customer off as he talks through things (It's been a long day. I've been at this since 830am and was ready to buy a phone. There's a way to tactfully correct your customer. When I said Samsung store, i meant to say they said they had a Samsung Diagnostic Computer which analyzes the contents. Yes, they are an insurance company. But they told me what was up, didnt pitch anything new and apologized. Maybe they were lying. But in the end they handled the situation w tact Indirectly call your customer a liar: You asked me if the phone got wet, anything spilled on it, do I let my kids play with it? Not to my knowledge and no my kid doesnt play w it. And then I was gonna say but who is 100% when it comes to spill or splash? But I didnt even get that far. You cut me off saying, "Hey man. Im just asking you some open ended questions (Nice, all good sales books recommend those) but then you said you said your kids dont play w it, I think they do... Bro, just keep that last part to yourself. I walked at that point because my phone is my livelihood. I dont know of anything spilling on it. Another reason my kids dont use my phone is because they have a PS5, PS4, Switch, DS, Fire Tablet, Samsung Tablet, Nintendo DS and other laptops of the like. When I said no, I meant it. Again, this store probably does good work. Just need to brush up on some modern sales books.
