I was getting ONE window removed and re-tinted, so I called and spoke with John. He said bring in "anytime" and they would "take care of me". Well, since I work 50 hrs a week M-F, my only day to bring in was Saturday. So I drive my car out there,(not a short trip) and they say. "Oh.. We only do re-do's on the weekdays..can you bring back on Thursday morning first thing and we'll get you done right away". So I get my young daughter to bring it out first thing Thursday(since I have to work!!). And 6 hours later, they finally start working on it. Needless to say, this ruined her entire day and made me none too happy that they obviously took advantage of her and put everyone in front of her. VERY poor business practices at this place. Took my brand new car here early 2019 to get 2 windows tinted. They took my car to the back immediately but it took forever for them to bring it back out. I sat in the waiting area (which was really cold & uncomfortable) for over 3 hours. I asked about my car 90 mins into the visit & again at 3 hours. They finally brought my car around & it was a mess! The glass & doors (inside & out) were smeared. There was water all over the door panel and buttons to control the windows & locks. I asked why they would give my car back to me looking this way? The guy explains the process of using water to install the film. I said, "ok but shouldn't it be cleaned up afterwards???" He proceeded to continue explaining the process until I finally cut him off & said, "clean the mess off my car." He went & got the tint installer and they half wiped my car down. It was ridiculous. Afterwards, the other employees came out to compliment me on my car & they even had the nerve to ask if they could take a picture of my car!! I would not recommend this place. read more

so the other day I went in to get a price on a remote start and the manager Josh was the one waiting on me. First off he is really a rude little guy. He told me one lie right after another. Don't believe the stuff he tells you about avital remote starts remotes lose programming its not true they come pre programmed from the factory. Its just a lie to up sale you to a viper and there is no difference between the two . I bought a viper 4105 and a avital 4103 and they both say 4x03 on the brain only difference is viper has a lifetime warranty on it and avital has a limited lifetime warranty. Do research before you go see this crook cause he will try and talk right over you. And the same day I was there a 2 women and both had remote starts and booth had their cars screwed up. read more

I wanted to tint my gf's windows on her car for her birthday. i decided to go with pro tint after they said they would honor a competitors price. I was also told i would receive a phone call when it was complete. NEITHER happened... i decided to drive up there at 545 because they close at 6, the car was done and sitting in their parking lot. To my surprise they actually didnt honor the competitors price because they didnt even put a strip on the front windshield, and wanted to charge me 15 more dollars after he told me he would match the price in the first place!!! really?!?!?!?! how many people tint your windows and the front strip is not included, 1!! Pro Tint!!!! Beware of the schemers that work there, Silver tongue suckas!!! I will NEVER associate business with this company again, neither will anyone who ever brings up tint, rims, tires etc. around me!!!! read more

Was very satisfied with pro-tint when getting a stereo installed. When I went to pick up my car, the stereo didn't even work correctly. It was so obvious. The pro-tint staff didnt even take the time to make sure it was installed correctly, pretty much just slapped it in since they were in a hurry. I now have to drive 30 minutes back to have them fix it on Christmas Eve. read more

Let me start by saying that I have had remote starts and stereos installed, windows tinted and a remote start removed at this location. I have lived in this area for 50+ years. I can say without hesitation that if the people of Okolona experienced the disrespectful nature of Josh, you will not be as profitable as you would like to be. Your general manager"Josh"does not know how to take care of a customer or employees. I witnessed josh berating an Hispanic employee on 11/27/18. This employee was taking care of multiple customers while josh was trying on clothes at the counter. Not professional.... While making my purchase, the items were taken out of the bags for me to look at. After changing our mind, i returned the items for a store credit, josh stated that the items were open and that he could not take them back. Again, His employee opened the bags. What do they do with items that Protint opens but cannot use due to extenuating circumstances. I'll bet that those items mysteriously find their way back in inventory to be sold at a "not" discounted price. Why is it that my merchandise (that was opened by Protint employees) could not be given a store credit ? Josh also chose to chase me down in the parking and tell me "that I'm acting ODD" it's seems that he could care less about taking care of a customer and more about exerting his so-called authority. I spoke with a manager at the Dixie Highway store, he said that since the items were opened at the store, then there should be no problem with giving a store credit. I'm sure that Okolona Pro-tiny will not lose any sleep over losing a small time customer like me but you can rest assured that I will make it a point and a mission to make sure that I get this information out to my friends, family and colleagues. i recently purchased wheels and tires from this store about a month ago i was happy with the purchase but 1 month later i had a bent wheel called the store to get another rim in for a replacement but they lied and told me before when i bought the wheels and tires that this certain brand rims just came out this year but when i called for a replacement later they told me. oh they are discontiued rim so im not happy at all i was never told that and if i were i would have never purchased those wheels to me i feel like they ripped me off and they bought the wheels at a discounted price and sold them to me so please be aware that they are not honest.josh is the manager at this store and he has no customer service ive called and called to speak with him but that has never happen im a very upset customer that spent 1600 dollars at this store never again and im telling all my friends.my number is 502)4755073 im not happy read more

do not go there, they scatched my car in a lot of places, me and my friend just washed and waxed the car that day before we took it down there,also put razor knife marks on my header by the front window,when i took it down there to show josh i started pointing out spots he said well this has rust ,told me to back up calm down that is me being calm ,dont walk to me and tell me to back up when they messed my car all up all i really wanted is for him to tell his people to be more careful,they left the car a mess ,and josh dont have a gun in your pocket starting to show and tell me to back up when you are a foot from me,be careful who you start to threaten josh,stay away from this place very read more
