They were professional, courteous, and checked with us every step of the way to ensure they were doing what we had asked them to do. They took great care to protect a 120-year-old brick wall, a fish pond, and a large fig tree from damage as they removed the oak limb. But what impressed us the most was their efforts to go above and beyond to ensure everything was cleaned up and hauled away. They even blew off sidewalks and pathways that had not been affected by their work, and made sure to ask us if we needed anything else before they left.
