Steve and Andrew are nothing but professional. They both are prompt, courteous and exceptionally friendly. We have now rented through Proactive 3 times and I have recently converted my in-laws over because of Steve's warm hearted welcome and desire to please his customers with every experience. Like a previous review had mentioned, our yearly rental home had recently switched to Proactive from another local rental agency which I wont name, but there are only a few....I can personally tell you that Proactive does not "Nickle and Dime" their customers with unwanted/unnecessary fees. The home we rent every year stayed at the same weekly fee (following the move to Proactive) and we saved a significant amount of money simply by renting through Proactive.
