He helped me out and taught me a few things: put antifreeze slowly and have your car running, turn on your A/C so that the antifreeze can circulate and gas the car a few times. He told me to keep the car running and the temperature of the car should go down. Phew! He checked it and the temperature went down! Such a blessing and very honest person! Besides working on boats, he also works on automobiles. Very hospitable, honest and truly a humble and kind person! We were right on schedule with the pick, I had the tarps up within an hour or so. And the tarps they provided for dust containment were virtually new, in good shape, easy to handle and ample sized. I was ready to start work by lunch time. I easily completed my haulout within my 5 day schedule, as the yard crew took care of my needs such as moving pads, and prepping for the launch. The yard crew are calm and professional. Of course, you can always with the cost was less. But when I look at the scope of the operation, I am grateful we can haul at all in today's inflated world. Tracy the owner, was friendly, easy to talk too, very professional, and extremely knowledgeable in regards to my boat, trailer and its systems. He was able to completely rewire my trailer in a very reasonable amount of time. He then had to fabricate portions of my led light mounts so that the light would fit the brackets to be put on the boat. The most impressive thing is your boat goes in to be repaired at 8:00am and is usually repaired the right way by 10:00am. Two very knowledgeable mechanics Rod and Jerry take the time to analyze the problem, fix the problem, and educate you. They have taken the time out to give me tips on how to keep my motor running better. My old Evinrude 28spl runs better than brand new. It was awesome that they identified other problems with their years of expertise and knowledge. They had the right parts and their labor rate was fair and reasonable.
