A large motorcycle clothing shop is upstairs with a good range of leathers, helmets etc. Repairs are carried ot by trained mechanics and all the work I have had done has been nicely done, and in a fairlt quick time. Staff are friendly and knowlegeable.

Pulled into ABC on the off chance after ripping the valve out of my Scrambler's innertube on the…read moreway to Norwich, and was met with friendly and knowledgeable staff who managed to squeeze in replacing the tube and aligning the wheel despite them being fully booked up with work. Great blokes who i'd trust with any future work. Got me out of what could have been a real PITA issue.

Took in a moped that was running poorly explained that there was an electrical fault it had all its…read morelife so not to do the electrics just to fix the engine, we also agreed a total price of 100 pounds if it was to cost more to telephone me. 3 days later I received a Text saying the electrical issue had been sorted payment of 180 pounds almost double what we agreed but reluctantly paid it as I wanted my moped back and I was being threatened by them with storage charges because I could not pay the almost double amount agreed. After picking up the moped I discovered that absolutely no work had been carried out except a change of break pads and very quickly broke down a few miles from the garage. A worker came out and looked at the ped for me the original fault was discovered in less than a few minutes and repaired a few minutes after that. So to sum it up I paid 180 pounds to have a bolt screwed on. Please don't use these con men. Thank you for your time. James Morgan.

While I was there Spencer a Sales person offered me a drive in a new Laguna - which was unexpected. Am now catching the train down in a few weeks to pick up my new car. Really pleased with the service, a friendly bunch and well chuffed to have got my self an unexpected bargin on a new car. Would definately recommend them.

This garage is ALWAYS very busy - - which is a sign that many people trust them to do the work…read moreright at a reasonable price. You see a lot of classic muscle cars there for service. I'm guessing that means something. I had to drop my car off for a state inspection and tire rotation - - it took about 6 hours before I got the call saying the vehicle was ready. This is what you can expect anywhere these days, but they got it done when they said they would. I've used Dellinger's for all kinds of work over the years, have bought several sets of tires. Never a problem. Once, they even declined to charge a diagnostic fee when they were entitled to, but couldn't fix the problem. Good people.

I felt comfortable going there with my cars. My husband can very easily work on our vehicles but instead, we took them there. Everything was going great until I needed my new inspection sticker in September. The Camry failed the inspection and on the list of items wrong was a leaking rack and pinion. The total repairs (for all) were going to cost $1800. Money I ABSOLUTELY did not have. We spoke to a gentleman about the issue and he said for sure that it was leaking. After MUCH crying and concern, I took it to 2 more mechanics (one was a friend) and they both confirmed that this was simply NOT TRUE. There was zero leaks. There's not even spots on my driveway (FROM ANYTHING). I went ahead and got the other items repaired somewhere else and passed my inspection. Again, there were no problems with my rack and pinion. To top things off, 2 days after I failed the inspection, I got pulled over by a state trooper who threatened to have my car towed or issue a summons against me since the rack and pinion is a safety issue and I shouldn't be driving my car. I desperately explained to him that I had taken it elsewhere and it wasn't true and that I was getting the car fixed over the weekend. I was blessed that day because he let me go. So, to tell you that it was a horrible experience being lied to by the staff there, is an understatement. I trusted them, I believed in their honesty. I was apparently just a target for additional revenue by saying something was broken, when it clearly wasn't. It took every bit of restraint to not go in there and make an absolute scene by calling them liars. But, where would that get me...no where. I also wanted to report them to the state for this false repair statement. But, I didn't. Instead, I tell everyone I know to not go there and I will also NEVER go back.
