We owned a home for a year and half in the Deep Creek Lake area and hired Procom as our telephone and Internet service provider (Comcast did not reach that remotely as of July 2022). The prices were fair, we weren't locked into a contract, there was no deposit, the invoices were clear, the website was easy to use, and the customer service was great. We rented a modem/router from them for a month and then bought our own to avoid the monthly rental fee. Rita was a pleasure to work with and was always friendly, prompt, and kind. Whenever we needed a technician to come out (which wasn't often), someone came by quickly and completed any necessary repairs promptly and professionally. I definitely recommend Procom as a great choice for telephone and Internet needs. read more

Presently, I would rate them as one of the least responsive businesses that I have ever encountered at any level. We had one of their alarms in our business which required service, and after indefinite stalling, lies, and excuses, and a partial/incorrect installation, we sought out the services of another alarm company. It was the wisest thing that we did, and I would recommend to others, go the same route. Unfortunately, Yelp does not provide a zero rating, which is probably what this company deserves.

Do your self a favor and don't waste your time.
