Very poor service , got charged for things I didn't ask for and when I asked them to follow what I asked for , I was asked to pay more. Clumpy painting that's was rushed and left with lots of gaps. Worst service ever, the lady doing my nails pulled my real nail off and replaced it for acrylic. I told her it hurts and to remove my old nail polish with nail polish remover and she told me it wouldn't work. The staff are rude and rush you to dry your nails so they can sit on their phones. i don't ever recommend going to '' ProfessioNAIL '' cause they're defiantly NOT professional. read more

My experience was horrible. My nails came out so bad and the nail polish was not applied properly. It's clumpy and there is nail polish on my skin that was not cleaned off. The prep was so bad, did not push back cuticles or drill properly. While she was filing my nails she was gripping my hands so hard I thought my fingers would fall off. Was so rough with my hands and when i pulled back my hand because she rubbed acetone on my open wound she did not apologize nstead she grabbed my hand roughly and kept going without an apology Paid $65 and did NOT get my money's worth at all.If you are looking forward toinstead getting your nails please don't go here. The worst experience ever. the lady who done my nails had the worst customer service in history, she was on her phone while i was waiting for her so i said excuse me and then she tells me to put my hands on the table then she is back on her phone so i said hello excuse me are you going to do my nails or what, then she grabbed my hands and started on them, my nails did not dry whatsoever and she tells me its done and leaves wtf never have i ever dealt with a lady like this before, i was so mad wasted my money there. read more

The lady I got was the worst! Never have I got my nails removed with a cuticle cutter!!! She peeled back the nail polish so hard that it caused me a lot of pain! She ignored me when I asked her if this place uses nail polish remover she was terrible at applying nail polish. My 10 year old niece can paint on polish a thousand times better than the lady I had! The customer service is really bad. The nail artists were very rude and portrayed as if they were doing a favour on me. Me and two of my friends got it done together and all of us had the same experience. They keep rushing you and the finish on the nails did not look professional. Giving one star because there isnt an option for zero. I went in yesterday and they were not busy. The lady that did my nails was incredibly rude. She soaked my nails in old acetone and started ripping the shellac off which was causing damage to my nails. Most other places use warm acetone or wrap the nails. I told her she was hurting me and she said that's the way they remove it here. She then asked me to soak my nails for longer, for the next 10 minutes she sat in front of me scrolling through Facebook and talking in her language to her colleagues, she was obviously not saying nice stuff because I was getting glared at. She checked my nails again and asked me to soak them longe. At this point I had been in the store for 40 minutes. Another customer came in and she left me and started serving her, she never came back! I had to ask another staff member to help me. She was also very rude and acted as if I had done something wrong. The guy who I assume is the manage came over to ask if I was alright and when I explained he didnt see the problem with their behavior. They charged $5 to take off my gel manicure which I wouldn't have minded but they did not even soak my nails in acetone, instead i was attacked with cuticle cutters while she ripped them off. I would've done this myself if I knew they would do this. I'm used to nail technicians checking their phones and talking to their co workers from one end of the room to the other, and this salon was no different. Nail technician also ended up cutting my cuticles way too short and made my thumb bleed. Overall, the polish was applied satisfactory, however many techniques they used were not standard and definitely shouldn't be charging me $5 for something I could've done myself. read more

Very poor quality. I came from Australian, Got my nails painted, It started peeling of on the same night. I went back to them the next day, they said there is not guarantee for normal colour and it can only last 1 day. Got my pedicure done. All they did was just soak feet, massage and clean nail and paint. Not good at all. read more

I love this nail salon! I am a huge fan of shellac so I come here about every 2 weeks. The staff are really friendly, have excellent attention to detail and the most I have had to wait is 5 minutes! Great location inside Manukau Shopping Centre so if by the off chance you do have to wait there is lots to see and do. read more

Very very rude customer service!! I went to do my nails waited 5 mins for someone to serve me because they were all with someone which I understand then another staff comes back from break and serves me with no smile and looking like she does not even want to be at work! As she tells me to choose a polish colour i was trying to find a colour not even a minute she asks me whether I've found a colour! Very rude! And impatient! I do advise that next time your staff at the Manukau professional branch next to jb hi fi needs to stop talking about there customers in there language and speak English so that we don't not feel offended and feeling like we are being talked about!! The same day my nail broke because I hit my nail and it broke easily so I went in the next day as the mall was closed and then they charged $5 for redo only ONE FINGER NAIL!!! One of the other customers overheard the staff charge me for my nail that chipped off which didn't last long she was also questioned why I was getting charged $5! Which is a rip off! And I strongly believe that I shouldn't be charged for my nail that didn't even last 48 hours!! I am very saddened that I am local but I will neer come back to your branch again!!
