He then sat in his work truck and drew out a complete detailed estimate including how many sections and posts ect would need to be included. They also worked with me on the price since i had already gotten several other estimates on paper. I changed my mind a few times on what I wanted and Kevin worked with me and took his time to change the estimates and drawings. As for the install , they showed up on time with everything they needed , a complete crew to do the job. I spoke to the workers and made sure everything was as I wanted, they listened and gave feedback and didn't mind me watching the project go up. In conversation it seems most of the installers have several years experience installing fences and or with Carls. They also did a great job cleaning up my property when they were complete. I am going to add to my project in the future , and my neighbor liked the finished project so much he is replacing his fence too.

But they were the only contractor that was willing to come out to repair it so I had no other choice. The post they reinstalled is at slightly different height than the old one so the fence is no longer level. But at least it is fixed.

John contacted me immediately and scheduled an estimate. He showed up on time, did his measurements and then walked us through our options and what the install would entail. Very courteous and professional. When I informed John we wanted to hire them he made him self available right away. We signed a contract on a Sunday and the fence was installed and completed the following Saturday! The install crew was very thorough, very neat and did an amazing job! I can't say enough good things about John and Everlast Fence. The materials are better then others, the price is better and the service is better. The ceilings and painting came out beautifully. He was also able to remove all the old ceiling fixtures, vanities, mirrors, etc. Jonas was such a pleasure to work with, a true professional in every aspect. Jonas had good communication skills and kept me updated on the job's progress. (We weren't living in the unit.) He was a wealth of knowledge regarding best choice of paint and helping narrow down color choices. Because yes, my head was spinning the more I researched paint colors. Apparently it is recommended to choose paint by light reflective valve (which is based on windows and lighting) and also the underlying colors of you flooring and cabinets.) I went with his recommendation and was so happy I did. The condo looked bigger and brighter than my previous paint color. The trim and baseboards looked very clean. As a person who tends to have some OCD traits, I was happy with the neatness of all the painting. The workmanship of his team was excellent. Subcontractors put in their time, labor, and expenses and deserve to be paid according to the agreement. If you are a subcontractor considering working with this company, please do your homework first. Make sure everything is in writing, including the payment terms, and keep records of all work and communication. I am sharing my experience so other people can be aware and make their own informed decisions before accepting work. I live in Holiday City West, in Toms River NJ. I have tried getting construction help, most of the time no one replies or replies but doesn't show up. Porch King, replied to my request immediately, came out and reviewed the roof installation and gave me a very acceptable price. I was told the project would start in about three weeks, to my surprise it was moved up to a week. I was given a 9 to 9:30 am start time, and they were on the job at 9:15 am. It was expected to take a day or a day and a half, the whole job was completed in 6 hours. The installation looks great, the area was totally cleaned up. All the workers and the boss were polite and friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants a professional job and a reasonable price. Two things to note: The site for Porch King claims they accept Credit Cards, they do not anymore. Also, even though an address is given, there is no office to visit, you have to give a call for someone to come out.
