We were impressed with the service we received and saved money switching to them from our old insurance agency. We had a terrible hail storm this July in Davison and one of cars sustained heavy damage including siding on our home. After the storm passed I sent an email knowing they would be inundated with phone calls. To my complete surprise someone from the agency called me thirty minutes later telling they had received my email and would start processing my claim. That's service excellence!!! I'm impressed.
