No pictures or real explanation as to what's wrong with my roof. The previous agent used to send someone out to see that the roof is fine. Now you get no help at all. You have to do all the leg work and pay roofers to come out and look at your roof and pray the State Farm gods will let you keep your policy with them while they keep cashing your checks. I rarely file a claim and I think that's pretty good after 3 decades, all State Farm wants is your money. It used to be a company that cared and took care of their clients. Where agents would help and step in when a client was having this kind of issue. Below is a picture of the roof State Farm thinks I need to shell out $20k to repair.
