I'm extremely disappointed with this law office. I came to them for my personal injury case after being referred by a bankruptcy attorney. I was in a very difficult situation, I explained everything I was going through, and at first they treated me like I truly mattered. They made me feel like my case was important and that they were going to help me right away. But once I signed up, everything changed. After that, I felt like I was just another number. The care, urgency, and attention they promised disappeared. I made it very clear from the beginning that I needed medical treatment as soon as possible because of my injuries, and they assured me they would connect me with a doctor right away. That never happened the way they promised. Instead, I felt ignored, misled, and completely let down. I trusted them because I was desperate and needed help, and I now regret that decision. I usually avoid going with attorneys through referrals because I worry there may be other interests behind the scenes, but I gave this situation a chance. That was a mistake. The biggest issue for me was the lack of communication, lack of urgency, and the feeling that once I became a client, I no longer mattered. They talk about treating clients like family and having an open-door policy, but that was not my experience at all. When I called for an update on my case, I felt dismissed instead of respected. No client who is already struggling should be made to feel like they are a burden just for asking questions about their own case. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this office. I felt like I was given false hope, empty promises, and very little real support when I needed it most. My advice: look elsewhere. read more

I got into an accident back in 2023. The moment they seen I had a good case I felt like I was in good hands. I did receive medical attention and after I completed that the communication from the lawyers group was not there. It would take months for me to hear anything back and I had to be the one to call them and ask them how my case was going? It had always seemed to be the same answer. This continued and months and weeks would go and i wouldn't hear anything from them and once again i had to be the one to call them. I chose them to hand to handle my case and now i feel like maybe I really should have done my research. My case is still going and I'm hoping things will improve with them. this might be a long review but it's important to add all the info in june 2024 i was hit by a car while crossing the street. i had went to a lawyer i was recommended. i had never needed a lawyer for anything so it was all new to me. this lawyer i was recommended had me set up my own appointments and find drs who would work on liens and basically i was healing and still out and about having to find myself medical and professional help. after hearing nothing for about a month i got tired of not getting the help i thought i was paying for. so i looked and found philip and rocky. within the hour of calling i was meeting with them both explained my situation and was so surprised to see the treatment i was getting from my lawyer wasn't even bare minimum. i sighed my case over and had philip represent me and that was the best decision i could have made. within an hour of leaving the office they had scheduled me with pain management and other appointments to record my healing both physically and mentally. rocky, philip and susie regularly checked up on me and would update me on my case. they have an open door policy as well. my only regret was not doing my research because i would have just had professional lawyers group represent me in the first place. thankfully my case settled quickly and i truly appreciate that. they're an amazing team and i'm so thankful for them. read more

It's really hard for me to walk or do everyday things. I'm only 21 and on top of that I didn't get the medical care for my condition ... It's hard for me to believe that this place has 5 stars ... I used to call them and no one was ever able to give me answers. Every time I would call, the lawyer was not available. I was never able to get my questions answered. At first they were really nice and attentive, as the time went by they stopped being so attentive to my questions. It really saddens me because I'm sure there is people that must have ended up worse and they encounter people like this. That will take advantage of your situation and not truly help you.
